Last updated: October 16, 2020

This privacy policy sets out how CCM Live collects, uses and protects any information that you give us. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide personal information by which you can be identified when using this website, in email correspondence or in the course of any other communication with us, your data will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Who does the Privacy Policy apply to?
This privacy policy applies to all organisations and individuals with whom we conduct business, including artists on our agency roster. In the case of cookies (see relevant section below) this Privacy Policy also applies to any visitors to our website.

What personal data is collected by CCM Live?
In most circumstances CCM Live will collect no more than your name and basic contact details (name, business address, email address, telephone number etc). This data may be stored in our central database and/or in individual mailing lists. If we require to make any payment to you then your contact details will also be stored on our payment system and, if provided, your bank account details will be stored on our bank’s digital banking/payment platform.

Occasions may arise where we require more comprehensive personal information. If we are delivering an item to your home address (at your own request) then we will store this data for future use. If we are assisting with the booking of travel tickets or visa applications we may collect passport information and/or scans of relevant personal documentation including, but not limited to; birth certificates, travel insurance policies, car registration information, dietary requirements, previous visa information, relevant tax information and identification both in the UK and, where applicable, any countries we and/or our artists may work in, as required by the relevant authorities in those countries.

How is personal data collected by CCM Live?
In the vast majority of cases, data is provided to us voluntarily through email, postal and telephone correspondence, or the browsing of information which is already publicly available. We may also collect information provided through the purchase of tickets for events which we directly promote, as requested through ticketing platforms such as EventBrite.

How is personal data used by CCM Live?
If your email address is on one of our mailing lists, we will use this to keep you updated with the touring plans, schedules and availability of our artists.

Any further information that we may hold is used only for activities previously agreed with you – such as general mail or telephone correspondence, making payments, delivery of materials, booking travel arrangements and any other reasonably expected practises relevant to our business with you.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, or are required by law to do so.

Security and integrity of your personal data
We are committed to protecting your information and have implemented appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures to help protect the security of your personal data.
