Over the last weekend of February 2021, CCM Live presented a brand new, LIVE online music festival featuring nine outstanding artists.

Seven leading Scottish acts – Blazin’ Fiddles, Gnoss, Ímar, Jenna Reid, RURA, Siobhan Miller and Talisk – broadcast live from Capture Works in Glasgow, alongside brand new sets from leading Finnish folk group Frigg, and multi award-winning Canadian roots duo Madison Violet.

Thank you to everyone who tuned in – over 3,000 people around the world tuned in over the weekend, and with so much live feedback online, and chat amongst the crowd, it really did feel like we were all there together. A huge thanks to every one of the 37 artists, in Scotland, Canada and Finland, who played an absolute blinder across the weekend – and to our amazing crew; Andrea, Kev, Greig, Gregor, Chris, Lewis and Oliver who brought it so brilliantly to life in Capture Works alongside our host with the most, Kevin Macleod.

We’re hugely grateful to Creative Scotland for their support, and believing in the event. In the darkest of months, and at the end of a year without much opportunity for live music, it was certainly an enlivening, inspiring weekend!
